passage of this budget to supplement the
appropriation for fiscal year 1994 to provide
funds to implement Chapter 318, Acts of
1993. Funds are appropriated in the
Department of Human Resources
(33.02.00) to pay for services provided by
this program. Authorization is hereby
granted to use these receipts as special
funds for operating expenses in this
program.
