1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND

(1)     These general funds, intended for use in the
FY 1995 operation of the Shady Grove facility
be administered by the University of Maryland
College Park, and

(2)     These funds not be expended by the
University of Maryland College Park for any
other purpose besides the operation of the
Shady Grove facility.

Further provided that this appropriation not be
increased for the purpose of supporting poison
control services for Montgomery and Prince
George's counties at the University of
Maryland at Baltimore as long as the National
Capital Poison Center continues to serve the
region. It is the intent of the General Assembly
that Maryland's share of the cost of the
National Capital Poison Center at
Georgetown University Hospital be fully
funded.............................................................

Special Fund Appropriation, provided that
the appropriation of $3,406,145 to the
University of Maryland - College Park may
be used for no other purpose than to
support MFRI as provided in Section
13-955 of the Transportation Article...........
