Federal Fund Appropriation............................

Funds are appropriated in the Department of
Transportation budget to pay for services
provided by this program. Authorization is
hereby granted to use these receipts as
special funds for operating expenses in this
program.

Provided, however, that $400,404 $427,256 of
funds authorized as special funds for this
program shall be reduced to recognize a
lower staff requirement for Drinking Driver
Monitoring Program. Further provided that
funds used to reimburse these expenses
shall be reduced by this amount from
program 29.01.01.02.
