of former Article 66C, § 91(a) of the Code as § 8-201(a)(2) of the Agriculture
Article.

(7) [5] FIVE soil conservation district supervisors representing the [5]
FIVE different geographic areas of the State, as provided in subsection (b) OF THIS
SECTION;

Error: Obsolete style and Omitted reference in § 8-201(a)(7) of the
Agriculture Article.                                                                             

Occurred: As to the stylistic error, Ch. 211, Acts of 1984; and as to the omitted
reference, Ch. 6, Acts of First Special Session of 1973, which revised portion
of former Article 66C, § 91(a) of the Code as then § 8-201(a)(5) of the
Agriculture Article.                                                             

(b) The Secretary shall appoint the soil conservation district supervisors' from
recommendations submitted by the district supervisors of each area represented. Each
supervisor shall be from one of the following [5] FIVE geographic areas:

(1)     Area No. 1: Garrett; Allegany, Washington County; Catoctin, Frederick,
and Carroll Soil Conservation Districts;

(2)     Area No. 2: Anne Arundel, Prince George's, Charles, St. Mary's, and
Calvert Soil Conservation Districts;
