Special Fund Appropriation, provided that
$40,000 of this appropriation made for the
purpose of repairing the visitor center roof
and windows at the Merkle Wildlife
Sanctuary may not be expended if the
budget committees have not received a
report from the Department of General
Services concerning the status of attempts
at cost recovery for design and/or
construction deficiencies at the Merkle
Wildlife Sanctuary visitor center by July 15,
1994, and the committees have reviewed
and commented on the report or 45 days
have elapsed from the date the report is
received by the committees.

Further provided that no funds be expended
for the purpose of construction of an
amphitheater at Deep Crock Lake State
Park until the budget committees have
received a letter indicating that $100,000 in
local or private funds has been raised for
the amphitheater construction, and the

on the letter or 45 days have elapsed from
the date the letter is received by the
