Funds are appropriated in various State
agency budgets to pay for services provided
by this program. Authorization is hereby
granted to use these receipts as special
funds for operating expenses in this
program.

Provided that $10,089 of funds authorized as
reimbursable funds for this program shall be
reduced to increase budgeted turnover.
Further provided that the appropriation of
the following program, used to reimburse
these expenses, shall be reduced by the
amount included:
