23.27.00.01 General Administration

Special Fund Appropriation, provided that
the compensation for the Executive
Director position from the MIEMSS budget
not exceed the salary and standard fringe
benefits approved in the legislative
appropriation and that no extraordinary
severance package be permitted with State
funds. The salary may be augmented with
funds from the University of Maryland
Medical School but with no other State
funds.
