23.01.05.15 Information Technology Board

General Fund Appropriation, provided that
$250,000 for school and classroom grants to
participate in the Maryland Distance
Learning Initiative and $250,000 for a
communication network merger study by
the Chief of Information Technology, the
Information Technology Board, and the
Department of General Services included
herein may only be used for these
initiatives.

Further provided that an Executive Assistant III,
Special Assistant III positions and related
expenses of $104,705 shall be transferred to
program 23.01.01.01 - Executive Department
