Federal Fund Appropriation............................

Funds are appropriated in the Department of
Health and Mental Hygiene to pay for
services provided by this program.
Authorization is hereby granted to use these
receipts as special funds for operating
expenses in this program.

23.01.03.02 Maryland Stadium Facilities Fund

Special Fund Appropriation, provided that
$13 million of this appropriation shall bo
used to pay the lease payment on Camden
Yards and the baseball stadium and $19
million shall be placed in reserve pending a
determination as to the status of the
football stadium , provided that it is the intent
of the General Assembly that the $1 million
Baltimore City grant shall be used to pay the
debt service on Camden Yards.

Further provided that except for the lease
payment on Camden Yards and for
preliminary planning and design of a
football stadium, no funds may be expended
without the Legislative Policy Committee
having 45 days to review and comment on
the proposed use of funds.............................
