18-105.

(e) The Comptroller shall disburse the moneys in the 911 Trust Fund as provided
in this subsection, subject to the limitations under § 18-103(i) of this subtitle.

(3)     If a 911 system is in operation in a county, the Comptroller shall pay to
that county from the account of that county[,] the amount of moneys requested by the
county and as provided in the State budget to pay for the costs of maintaining and
operating the 911 system. The Comptroller shall pay the moneys for maintaining and
operating 911 systems on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30 of each
year.

18-301.

(d) (1) Staff shall be provided by the [Department of Legislative Reference and

18-304.

(b) The Task Force consists of the following members:

(4)      [Eighteen] NINETEEN members appointed by the Governor, as follows:

(i) Seven health care clients or consumers with specialized or personal
knowledge of or experience with the problem of sexual exploitation of clients by health
professionals;

(ii) Two members of the religious community of the State; and

(iii) One member representing each of the following professions.
recommended to the Governor by the appropriate State professional associations, with
knowledge of and concern for the problem of sexual exploitation of clients by health
professionals: medicine, psychiatry, nursing, professional counseling, psychology, physical
therapy, law, social work, chiropractic, and dentistry.
