A MEMBER ENTITLED TO AN ACCIDENTAL DISABILITY RETIREMENT REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived without substantive Defined terms: "Member" § 20-101 29-115. MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS OF DISABILITY RETIREES. (A) IN GENERAL. IF A DISABILITY RETIREE IS UNDER NORMAL RETIREMENT AGE, THE BOARD (B) EXAMINATION AT RESIDENCE. (1) THE RETIREE SHALL BE EXAMINED BY A PHYSICIAN CHOSEN BY (2) THE EXAMINATION SHALL BE AT THE RETIREE'S RESIDENCE OR (C) REFUSAL OF EXAMINATION. IF A RETIREE WHO IS UNDER NORMAL RETIREMENT AGE REFUSES A MEDICAL (D) REVOCATION OF PENSION RIGHTS. IF A RETIREE'S REFUSAL OF A MEDICAL EXAMINATION CONTINUES FOR 1 (E) MEDICAL AND EARNINGS INFORMATION REQUIRED. A MEMBER WHO RETIRES ON OR AFTER JULY 1, 1982, AND RECEIVES A (F) SUSPENSION OF ALLOWANCE. - 602 -
