AN ACT concerning

Purchasing

FOR the purpose of providing for the resolution of claims and disputes; providing for
administration of change orders; establishing a County policy to pay invoices under
a procurement contract within a certain time period; providing for the payment of
interest at a specified rate when such invoices remain unpaid after a certain date
and under certain circumstances; and other related purposes.

FOR the purpose of providing that the Executive shall identify revenue in the proposed
Current Expense Budget anticipated to be received from a tax or other revenue
source not authorized by law and shall recommend contingent appropriation
amounts to be made if the Council authorizes the new revenue source; and
repealing obsolete language.
