AN ACT to add new subsection I to Section 173-3, Restrictions upon behavior of owners,
of Article I, General Standards for Mobile Home Parks, of Chapter 173, Mobile
Homes and Trailers, of the Harford County Code, as amended, to establish a
requirement that mobile home park owners who charge a fee for water usage above
and beyond the lease rental amount provide a means for accurate measurement of
water usage per individual lot to ensure that fees are charged in an equitable
manner.

AN ACT to add subsection O to Section 225-10, Road Names, of Article III, General
Regulations, of Chapter 225, Streets, Sidewalks and Public Works, of the Harford
County Code, as amended; to change the name of a certain section of a certain
county road; and generally relating to roads.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Subsection A(1) of Section 157-25,
Zoning Fees, of Article II, Fees, of Chapter 157, Licenses and Permits, of the
Harford County Code, as amended, as enacted by County Council Bill No. 92-56; to
restore the publication and posting fee charged for zoning appeal cases, which was
inadvertently omitted from Bill 92-56; and to clarify the applicability of the fee.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section 109-6, Vegetation, of Article
I, General Provisions, of Chapter 109, Environmental Control, of the Harford
County Code, as amended; to prohibit certain vegetation from exceeding a specified
height on certain residential lots; to establish certain procedures for regulating the
height of certain vegetation on certain residential lots; and generally relating to
vegetation.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Subsection D(3) of Section 267-53,
Specific Standards, of Article VIII, Special Exceptions, of Part 1, Standards, of
Chapter 267, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to establish certain
requirements for motor vehicle repair shops in certain zoning districts; and
