AN ACT concerning

Landlord and Tenant

FOR the purpose of providing for the placement of tenant's property after eviction by the
landlord, by placing the same on landlord's property; prohibiting the placement of
tenant's property on public property, a public highway or right-of way; prohibiting
the interference of free passage, vehicular or pedestrian, by placement of tenant's
property on private property, defining certain property as abandoned under certain
conditions; allowing certain landlords discretion with certain property and generally
relating to the disposition of evicted personal property.
