AN ACT concerning

Agricultural Land Preservation

FOR the purpose of creating an agricultural preservation advisory board, establishing its
duties and responsibilities, membership and terms of office; providing for the
establishment and termination of state agricultural districts and permitted uses
within the district; providing for the purchase of county agricultural land
preservation easements, eligibility of sellers and farmland; providing criteria for
purchase, valuation and procedures for sale of easements; providing for permitted
uses within the county easement; providing for termination and repurchase of
county easements.

Baltimore County Soil Conservation District - Fees

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Baltimore County Soil Conservation District to
charge a fee for the review of soil erosion and sediment control plans; providing a
fee schedule; specifying the applicability of the fee schedule; providing for a review
of the fee schedule; and generally relating to fees for review of soil erosion and
sediment control plans.
