AN ACT concerning

Zoning - Extension of Approvals

For the purpose of amending the Zoning and Subdivision Control Article of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Worcester County, Maryland to provide for extensions of approvals.

[Adding Sections 3-125(g)(6) and 2-114 to the Zoning and Subdivision Control Article of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County

Shoreline Protection Setback, all districts

For the purpose of amending and making permanent the interim shoreline protection
setback requirement for all new lots created in Worcester County.
