Zoning - Two-Family Dwellings

FOR THE PURPOSE of amending the Zoning and Subdivision Control Article to clearly
indicate that no more than one single-family dwelling unit may be permitted on a single
parcel and to provide the mechanisms by which two-family dwelling units may be
developed in the same fashion as multi-family dwelling units.
