WORCESTER COUNTY

For the purpose of amending the County Government Article of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Worcester County, Maryland to allow the County Commissioners to authorize the
use of County landings for ancillary uses in addition to parking of vehicles for
transporting watercraft or passengers and crabbing and fishing.

AN ACT Concerning

Parking Violations

For the purpose of adding a new Subtitle to Title 5, Civil Infractions, of the General
Provisions Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County, Maryland, to
be entitled Subtitle 2, Parking Violations, to provide for a system of issuing citations and
prosecuting violations of parking regulations as civil infractions and amending Section
3-101 of the Public Safety Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County,
Maryland, to provide that parking violations shall constitute civil infractions and, further,
to create a new Subtitle 2, Parking Safety, to Title 3 of the Public Safety Article, Code of
Public Local Laws of Worcester County, Maryland to provide for the designation of
parking violations, parking regulations, and designations of limited parking or no parking
zones.

AND TO PROVIDE FOR EXCEPTIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO THE CODES.
