land, more or less, of Katherine Thomas, Montgomery County, Maryland, and [Clarence
D. and] Virginia L. Pearson

Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Rockville adopted pursuant to Article
XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland, Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code
of Maryland, and the Charter of the City of Rockville to amend Section 4 of Article XIV,
"General Provisions," of the Charter of the City of Rockville so as to provide that
conviction of a misdemeanor offense shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding One
Thousand Dollars, or imprisonment for six months, or both.
