found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement Edition
and 1993 Supplement).

Charter Amendment Resolution No. 93-1

A RESOLUTION TO REPEAL SECTION C6-16 ENTITLED TAX
ANTICIPATION BORROWING AND TO AMEND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE
TOWN CHARTER WHICH ADDRESS BORROWING SO AS TO ELIMINATE
INCONSISTENCIES WITHIN THE CHARTER AND TO CLARIFY THE
PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED WHEN BORROWING FUNDS.

[Section C6-16 of the Charter of the Town of Perryville, Cecil County, as found in
the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement Edition and 1993
Supplement), repealed.

Sections C6-17 through C6-20, inclusive, of the Charter of the Town of Perryville,
Cecil County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990
Replacement Edition and 1993 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Annexation Resolution - AR 93-1

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of Perryville,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XIE of the Constitution of Maryland and
Section 19 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition - 1981
Replacement Volume), for the enlargement of the corporate boundaries of said Town by
the annexation of certain land contiguous to and adjoining the existing corporate area,
(1.950 acres of land, more or less).
