Annexation Resolution

A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council to enlarge the corporate
Boundaries of the City of Cumberland and thereby amend the Charter of the City of
Cumberland and thereby amend the Charter of the City of Cumberland (27.56 acres of
land, more or less).

[Pursuant to Section 1 of the Charter of the City of Cumberland, Allegany County,
as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement
Edition and 1993 Supplement).

Effective Date October 2, 1993]

Charter Amendment Resolution No. 104

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland, Maryland, adopted
pursuant to the authority contained in Article 11-E of the Constitution of the State of
Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, entitled
"Municipal Corporations," as said Section was enacted by Chapter 423 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, 1955, entitled "A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE
CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CUMBERLAND, MARYLAND (1991 EDITION), BY
REPEALING AND RE-ENACTING, WITH AMENDMENTS, SECTION 11(a) OF
SAID CHARTER."

[Section 11(a) of the Charter of the City of Cumberland, Allegany County, as found
in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement Edition and
1993 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date December 15, 1993]

Charter Amendment Resolution No. 105

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland, Maryland, adopted
pursuant to the authority contained in Article 11-E of the Constitution of the State of
Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, entitled
"Municipal Corporations," as said Section was enacted by Chapter 423 of the Acts of the
