In subsection (c)(1) of this section, the reference to assets in the annuity
savings fund is added for accuracy.

Also in subsection (c)(1) of this section, the phrase "to the credit of the
participating subdivisions" is deleted as surplusage.

In subsection (d)(4) of this section, the former reference to "the date of
approval", which modified "the special accrued liability", is deleted as
unnecessary in light of the requirement under subsection (d)(3) of this section
that the special accrued liability be determined by actuarial valuation as of
"the date of approval".

In subsection (d)(4)(i) of this section, the word "present" is added to modify
"value" for clarity and accuracy.

Also in subsection (d)(4)(i) of this section, the words "on behalf of or by
members who are employees of the participating governmental unit" are
added for clarity.

21-307. SAME — MISCELLANEOUS.

(A)     PAYMENTS BY COUNTY FOR EMPLOYEES OF BOARDS OF SUPERVISORS OF
ELECTIONS.

FOR A PERMANENT EMPLOYEE OF A BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ELECTIONS
WHO IS A MEMBER OF THE EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM OR THE EMPLOYEES'
PENSION SYSTEM, THE COUNTY WHERE THE MEMBER IS EMPLOYED SHALL:

(1)      PAY TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES THE EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS
OTHERWISE REQUIRED TO BE MADE BY THE STATE ON BEHALF OF THE MEMBER;
AND

(2)      DEDUCT FROM THE COMPENSATION PAYABLE TO THE MEMBER
AND PAY TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES THE REQUIRED MEMBER CONTRIBUTIONS.

(B)     CONTRIBUTIONS BY COUNTY EMPLOYERS OF MASTERS.
