SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(D) THE INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL AT BALTIMORE-WASHINGTON
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT SHALL BE NAMED THE GOVERNOR WILLIAM DONALD
SCHAEFER INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

Dear Mr. Speaker:

In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the Maryland Constitution, I have today
vetoed House Bill 77.

This bill would amend Chapter 624 of the Acts of 1989, the Treatment and Learning
Centers, Inc. Loan of 1989, to extend the time for the Treatment and Learning Centers,
Inc. to provide evidence of a matching fund to the Board of Public Works.

Senate Bill 61, which was passed by the General Assembly and signed by me on May 2,
1994, accomplishes the same purpose. Therefore, it is not necessary for me to sign House
Bill 77.

AN ACT concerning

Treatment and Learning Centers, Inc. Loan of 1989

FOR the purpose of amending Chapter 624 of the Acts of 1989, as amended by Chapter
107 of the Acts of 1991 and Chapter 213 of the Acts of 1992, the Treatment and
Learning Centers, Inc. Loan of 1989, to extend the time for the Treatment and
Learning Centers, Inc. to provide certain evidence of a matching fund to the Board
of Public Works.
