(4) (vi) The licensee is subject to all the provisions of this article relating
to beer, wine and liquor licenses, Class C, in force and effect in Prince George's County.
Restrictions on the sale of alcoholic beverages on Sunday found in § 103 of this article
and elsewhere do not apply.
