(4) Any person engaged in or proposing to be engaged in or assisting in the
promotion or formation of a domestic insurer or insurance holding corporation, or
corporation to finance a domestic insurer or the production of its [business,] BUSINESS;
AND

(5) ANY THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATOR REGULATED UNDER SUBTITLE
54 OF THIS ARTICLE.

33.

(A)      [The expense] THIS SECTION APPLIES TO EXPENSES incurred in any
examination made [pursuant to] UNDER:

(1) § 30 of this article [or pursuant to];

(2) § 31 OF THIS ARTICLE concerning surplus line brokers, THIRD PARTY
ADMINISTRATORS, and insurance holding corporations; or

(3) [pursuant to] § 486B of this article concerning premium finance
companies,

(B)     THE EXAMINATION EXPENSES shall bo paid for by the person examined, as
follows:

(1) Each person examined shall pay to the Commissioner the travel
expenses, living expense allowance, and a per diem as compensation of examiners,
actuaries and typists, to the extent incurred on account of the examination, all at
reasonable rates as established by the Commissioner.

(2)     A detailed account of the expense incurred may be presented to the
person examined periodically during the course of the examination or at the termination
of the examination, as the Commissioner deems proper.

(3) No person shall pay and no examiner shall accept any additional
emolument on account of any examination.

41.

The Commissioner shall collect in advance, and the persons so served shall pay the
following fees to the Commissioner:

(i)      Original agent's within 1 year of renewal.........................$-----25.00

(ii)     Original agent's over 1 year from renewal...................... $-----50.00

(iii)    Original broker's within 1 year of renewal.......................$-----10,00

(iv)    Original broker's over 1 year from renewal.................... $-----80.00

(v)     Biennial renewal agent's................................................... $—50.00

(vi)    Biennial renewal broker's................................................. $-----80.00
