(2) WHENEVER FEDERAL LAW REQUIRES THAT AN APPLICANT FOR A
LICENSE TO PRACTICE AS A NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATOR MUST HAVE A
BACCALAUREATE DEGREE IN HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION OR IN A FIELD
OTHER THAN HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION
SHALL CEASE TO BE EFFECTIVE.
[(f)] (G) Except as otherwise provided in this title, the applicant shall pass an
examination given by the Board under this subtitle.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning
Baltimore City - Charles Village Community Benefits District Districts
FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation in Baltimore City of a Charles Village
Community Benefits District Management Authority; describing the permissible
boundaries of the district; providing certain limitations and, subject to a City
ordinance, certain powers and duties of the Authority; requiring a certain review
and certain procedural requirements; requiring a certain election before an
ordinance adopted under this Act may take effect; providing for the termination of
this Act; and generally relating to the establishment and operations of the Charles
Village Community Benefits District Management Authority Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore, to establish by ordinance certain community benefits districts
and authorities; specifying the purposes of an authority established pursuant to the
provisions of this Act; requiring that an ordinance meet certain requirements;
providing certain limitations and certain powers and duties of an authority;
requiring certain review and certain procedural requirements; requiring the City
Council to take certain factors into consideration and to make certain determinations;
specifying certain boundary limitations concerning a Charles Village Community
Benefits District; specifying that the Charles Village Community Benefits District is a
pilot program; requiring a certain election before an ordinance adopted under this Act
may take effect; providing for the termination of this Act; and generally relating to
the establishment, authority, funding, and operations of community benefits district
authorities within Baltimore City.
