(2) DEMONSTRATES THE INDIVIDUAL HAS MET THE QUALIFICATION
FOR SUPERVISOR PROVIDED IN § 17-101(C) OF THIS TITLE; AND

(3) IS APPROVED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE BOARD UNTIL THE
BOARD HAS ADOPTED REGULATIONS ON SUPERVISORS.

17-307.

(a)      The Board shall issue a [certificate] LICENSE to any applicant who meets the
requirements of this title.

(b)     The Board shall include on each [certificate] LICENSE that the Board issues:

(1)     The kind of [certificate] LICENSE;

(2)     The full name of the [certificate holder] LICENSEE;

(3)     A serial number; and

(4)     The seal of the Board.

(c)      The Board may issue a [certificate] LICENSE to replace a lost, destroyed, or
mutilated [certificate]—LICENSE if the [certificate holder]—LICENSEE pays the
[certificate] replacement fee set by the Board.

An individual who is {certified] LICENSED by the Board may:

(1)      Use the title "[certified]—LICENSED professional counselor";
"LICENSED ASSOCIATE COUNSELOR", OR "LICENSED CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL
COUNSELOR-MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST" ;

(2)     Use the initials "[C.P.C.] L.P.C.", "L.A.C.", OR "L.P.C. C.P.C.-M.F.T."
after the name of the individual; AND and

(3)      Represent to the public that the individual is [certified] LICENSED as a
professional counselor., ASSOCIATE COUNSELOR, OR LICENSED CERTIFIED
PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR - MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST; AND

(4) EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS TITLE. PRACTICE,
ATTEMPT TO PRACTICE OR OFFER TO PRACTICE PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING OR
MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPY IN THIS STATE.

(a)      A {certificate] LICENSE expires on the date set by the Board, unless the
[certificate] LICENSE is renewed for an additional term as provided in this section. A
license may not be renewed for a term longer than 2 years.

(b)     At least 1 month before a [certificate] LICENSE expires, the Board shall send
to the [certificate holder] LICENSEE, by first class mail to the last known address of the
[certificate holder] LICENSEE, a renewal notice that states:

(1) The date on which the current [certificate] LICENSE expires;
