WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 721 (2) HOLD A MASTER'S OR DOCTORAL DEGREE IN A MARRIAGE AND FAMILY (3) HAVE COMPLETED NOT LESS THAN 2 YEARS WITH A MINIMUM OF 2,000 17-303. An applicant for a (1) Submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires;
(2) Pay to the Board the application fee set by the Board.; AND (3) FURNISH TO THE BOARD THE PROFESSIONAL DISCLOSURE 17-304.
