Ch. 712 1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND (B) A SENTENCE THAT IS IMPOSED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS SECTION MAY 34. (A) (1) IN THIS SECTION THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS (2) (I) "ENCLOSURE" MEANS ANY BUILDING, WATERCRAFT, (II) "ENCLOSURE" INCLUDES: 1. EACH SEPARATELY SECURED OR OCCUPIED PORTION OF 2. EACH STRUCTURE APPURTENANT OR CONNECTED TO (3) "RESEARCH" MEANS ANY STUDIOUS AND SERIOUS INQUIRY, (4) "RESEARCH FACILITY" MEANS ANY ENCLOSURE OR SEPARATELY (5) "RESEARCH PROPERTY" MEANS ANY PROPERTY RELATED TO (B) A PERSON SHALL BE GUILTY OF BREAKING AND ENTERING A RESEARCH (1) THE BREAKING AND ENTERING WAS PERFORMED WITH THE INTENT (I) OBTAIN UNAUTHORIZED CONTROL OVER RESEARCH (II) ALTER OR ERADICATE RESEARCH PROPERTY; (III) DAMAGE, DEFACE, OR MOVE IN A MANNER INTENDED TO - 3152 -
