2. ANY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY OTHER THAN A LAW
ENFORCEMENT AGENCY OF THE STATE OR A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE
STATE.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994:

AN ACT concerning
Nongame and Endangered Species Conservation Act - The Eastern Narrow-Mouth Toad
FOR the purpose of exempting requiring the Department of Natural Resources to work
with St. Mary's County to improve the public safety of a certain public works project
in St. Mary's County from consistent with regulations adopted under the Nongame
and Endangered Species Conservation Act dealing with the protection of the
Eastern narrow-mouth toad; and generally relating to a certain public works project
in St. Mary's County requiring the Department to review the Nongame and
Endangered Species Conservation Act in certain respects and to report to certain
committees of the General Assembly by a certain date; providing for the
termination of this Act; and generally relating to the implementation of the
Nongame and Endangered Species Conservation Act.
