AN ACT concerning
Juvenile Causes - Crimes of Violence— Court Records and Fingerprints
FOR the purpose of requiring a juvenile court record of an adjudication of a child
juvenile court records of adjudications of children of certain ages as delinquent by
reason of the child's violation of certain crimes of violence and fingerprints of the
child to be included as criminal history record information under the Criminal
Justice Information System; allowing certain access to and use by a law enforcement
agency of certain juvenile court records and fingerprints of a child who is children of
certain ages who are adjudicated as delinquent by reason of the child's violation of
certain crimes of violence; making certain records available until a certain petitioner
reaches the age of 21; altering the age at which certain records may be expunged:
prohibiting the disclosure of certain juvenile court records and fingerprints to a
federal criminal justice agency or information center or to certain law enforcement
agencies; and generally relating to requiring records of certain adjudications of
delinquency and fingerprints to be included as criminal history record information
under the Criminal Justice Information System.
