Disabled Individuals" of Article - State Finance and Procurement of the Annotated Code
of Maryland;

DRAFTER'S NOTE:

Error: Provisions dealing with Telecommunications Access and
Telecommunications Devices for Disabled Individuals were transferred from
the jurisdiction of the Department of Human Resources to the Department of
General Services. The statutory text was not transferred to an appropriate
codification.                                                                         

Occurred: Ch. 598, Acts of 1991.

SECTION 12. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s) 48F of
Article 64A - Merit System of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed.

Error: Inadvertent addition to Article 64A, repealed by Chapter 10, Acts of
1993.                                   

Occurred: Ch. 196, § 1, Acts of 1993. Correction by the Michie Company in
the 1993 Cumulative Supplement of Volume 6 is validated by this Act.

SECTION 13. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Title 8.5 and Title 15.5
and the various subtitles and sections, respectively, of Article - Business Occupations and
Professions of the Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be Title 8 and Title 17
and the various subtitles and sections, respectively.

Redesignation of titles to avoid use of decimal designation.

SECTION 14. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s) 1-501
through 1-505, respectively, and the subtitle "Subtitle 5. Currency Transactions in a
Trade or Business" of Article - Corporations and Associations of the Annotated Code of
Maryland be transferred to be Section(s) 1-501 through 1-505, respectively, and the
subtitle "Subtitle 5. Currency Transactions in a Trade or Business" of Article - Business
Regulation of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
