(ii) a summary, by principal department or other independent unit, of
certificates issued under § 12-202 of this article;

(iii) a summary of the results of audits conducted under § 12-205(a) of
this article; and

(iv) a detailed description of actions taken under § 12-205(b) of this
article;

(7)      INDICATES THE CATEGORIES AND AMOUNTS OF LEAVE TAKEN BY
STATE EMPLOYEES;

(8)      PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ABOUT PART-TIME
EMPLOYMENT:

(I)       THE ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN TO CARRY OUT THE POLICY
STATED IN § 5-104 OF THIS ARTICLE;

(II)     THE EXTENT TO WHICH THE REQUIREMENTS OF § 5-104 OF
THIS ARTICLE HAVE BEEN MET; AND

(III)    ANY IMPEDIMENTS TO MEETING THOSE REQUIREMENTS AND
THE MEASURES TAKEN TO REMOVE THOSE IMPEDIMENTS; AND

(9)      INCLUDES ALL INCENTIVE AWARDS CONFERRED UNDER TITLE 8,
SUBTITLE 2 OF THIS ARTICLE.

(b) The report required by this section shall be submitted on or before January 1
following the fiscal year to which it applies.

Subject to § 2-1312 of the State Government Article, the Secretary shall submit to
the General Assembly:

(1)      on or before January 15 of each year, an annual report containing the
information specified in § 2-202 of this subtitle;

(2)      an annual report on leave taken by State employees; and

(3)      an annual report on part-time employment that:

(i) sets forth the activities undertaken to carry out the policy stated in
§ 5-104 of this article;

(ii) documents the extent to which the requirements of § 5-104 of this
article have been met; and

(iii) explains any impediments to meeting those requirements and the
measures taken" to remove those impediments.]
