[(c) (1) As soon after the end of each fiscal year as practicable, the Office shall
submit a report, subject to § 2-1312 of this article, to the President and the Speaker and
the Director.

(2)     The report shall contain, separately for the Senate and the House:

(i) the name of and nature of service provided by each person to
whom payment or allowance of expenses has been made; or

(ii) the purpose for which the payment has been made.]

[(c) (1) This subsection applies only to civil officers whom the Governor
appoints subject to the approval of the Senate or the House of Delegates.

      (2) In January of each year, the Secretary of State shall make:

(i) a list that includes the name, position, term of office, and salary of
each civil officer whom the Governor appointed during the preceding calendar year; and

(ii) a list that includes the name, position, term of office, and salary of
each civil officer whose term expires during the current calendar year.

(3)     The Secretary shall:

(i) send a copy of each list, subject to § 2-1312 of this article, to each
member of the General Assembly; and

(ii) make the list available to any person who requests the list.]

(c) (3) The Commission shall submit annually a report that [:

(i)] states the total State lottery revenues and the total prize
disbursements and other expenses for the preceding year[; and

(ii) makes recommendations for change in this subtitle].
9-306.                                                                                          

(A)     On or before the 15th day of each regular session of the General Assembly,
the Director shall send an annual report on the Office of Minority Affairs:

(1)  to the Governor; and

(2)     subject to § 2-131-2 of this article, to the General Assembly.

(B)     THE ANNUAL REPORT MAY BE PREPARED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
REPORT REQUIRED UNDER § 14-305(C) OF THE STATE FINANCE AND PROCUREMENT
ARTICLE.
