Article - Financial Institutions

The Authority shall:

(10) Be subject to audit and examination at any reasonable time by the
[Division of] OFFICE OF LEGISLATIVE Audits of the Department of Fiscal Services
concerning the accounts and, transactions of the Authority; and

of the Department of Fiscal Services; or

(e) (6) The Fund shall be subject to an audit by the [Division of] OFFICE OF
LEGISLATIVE Audits as provided for in § 2-1215 of the State Government Article.

Article - State Government

2-1219.

(a)     Except with the written approval of the Legislative Auditor, an employee of
the [Division of] OFFICE OF LEGISLATIVE Audits shall submit any report of findings
only to the Legislative Auditor.

(b)     The Office shall be subject to audit and examination by the [Division of]
OFFICE OF LEGISLATIVE Audits of the Department of Fiscal Services under § 2-1215 of
the State Government Article.
