SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 24 of Article 25 - County Commissioners of the Annotated
Code of Maryland be transferred to be Section 2-103 of Article 24 - Political Subdivisions
- Miscellaneous Provisions of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland read as
follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

63.

[(i) In Cecil County, the County-Commissioners shall receive from the license fees
in addition to their present salaries any sum paid to them for their services in acting as the
Board of License Commissioners for the County.]
