WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor                         Ch. 624

(E) A LICENSEE OR CERTIFICATE HOLDER SHALL DESIGNATE THE
LICENSEE'S OR CERTIFICATE HOLDER'S MAILING ADDRESS AT THE TIME OF
ISSUANCE OF THE LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE AND ON EACH RENEWAL OF THE
LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That upon on the effective
date of this Act, the State Board of Architects, the State Board of Professional Engineers,
the State Board of Certified Interior Designers, and the State Board of Examiners of
Landscape Architects shall initially distribute to each current licensee or certificate
holder, as the case may be, a copy of each Board's respective Act and the rules and
regulations adopted by each Board.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore City - General Powers - Tax Increment Financing

FOR the purpose of authorizing Baltimore City to designate, from time to time or at any
time, one or more development districts within the City of Baltimore and to borrow
money by issuing and selling bonds, notes, or other instruments, at any time and
from time to time, to finance or refinance the development of any development
district, such bonds, notes, or other instruments to be payable from property taxes
on the tax increment with respect to such development district and other sources
provided for herein; making certain legislative findings; defining certain terms;
specifying the use of bond proceeds; specifying the procedures for establishing
development districts and issuing bonds; providing for the issuance of refunding
bonds; and generally relating to tax increment financing within the City of
Baltimore.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(a) The General Assembly hereby finds and determines that the tax increment
financing authorized by this Act will benefit the citizens of the City of Baltimore and the
State of Maryland by providing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore with an
