Ch. 620 1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND (2) THE DATE BY WHICH THE RENEWAL APPLICATION MUST BE (3) THE AMOUNT OF THE RENEWAL FEE. (C) BEFORE THE LICENSE EXPIRES, THE LICENSEE PERIODICALLY MAY (1) OTHERWISE IS ENTITLED TO BE LICENSED; (2) PAYS TO THE BOARD A RENEWAL FEE SET BY THE BOARD; AND (3) SUBMITS TO THE BOARD: (I) A RENEWAL APPLICATION ON THE FORM THAT THE BOARD (II) SATISFACTORY EVIDENCE OF COMPLIANCE WITH ANY (D) '.IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS (E) THE BOARD SHALL RENEW THE LICENSE OF AND ISSUE A RENEWAL (F) A LICENSEE MAY ADVERTISE ONLY AS PERMITTED BY REGULATIONS 1A-307. (A) THE BOARD SHALL PLACE A LICENSEE ON INACTIVE STATUS IF THE (1) AN APPLICATION FOR INACTIVE STATUS ON THE FORM REQUIRED (2) THE INACTIVE STATUS FEE SET BY THE BOARD. (B) THE BOARD SHALL ISSUE A LICENSE TO AN INDIVIDUAL WHO IS ON (C) THE BOARD SHALL REINSTATE THE LICENSE OF A FORMER LICENSEE - 2810 -
