LICENSING (A) EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS TITLE, AN INDIVIDUAL SHALL (B) THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO: (1) AN INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AS AN (2) A STUDENT, TRAINEE, OR VISITING TEACHER WHO IS DESIGNATED 1A-302. (A) TO QUALIFY FOR A LICENSE, AN APPLICANT SHALL BE AN INDIVIDUAL (B) THE APPLICANT SHALL: (1) BE OF GOOD MORAL CHARACTER; (2) BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD; (3) DEMONSTRATE COMPETENCE IN PERFORMING ACUPUNCTURE BY (I) GRADUATION FROM A COURSE OF TRAINING OF AT LEAST 1. .
