qualifications for licensees and for Board members; authorizing the Board to adopt
certain regulations; authorizing the Board to take certain disciplinary actions;
altering the authority of the Board of Physician Quality Assurance as it relates to
persons performing acupuncture; eliminating the Acupuncture Advisory Council;
requiring a certain evaluation; defining certain terms; and generally relating to the
practice of acupuncture and to the State Board of Acupuncture.
