9-105.
IN ANY CUSTODY OR VISITATION PROCEEDING, IF THE COURT DETERMINES
THAT A PARENT OR A GUARDIAN OF A CHILD PARTY TO A CUSTODY OR VISITATION
ORDER HAS UNJUSTIFIABLY DENIED OR INTERFERED WITH A VISITATION
GRANTED BY A CUSTODY OR VISITATION ORDER, THE COURT MAY, IN ADDITION TO
ANY OTHER REMEDY AVAILABLE TO THE COURT AND IN A MANNER CONSISTENT
WITH THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CHILD, TAKE ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING
ACTIONS:
(1) ORDER THAT THE VISITATION BE RESCHEDULED;
(2) MODIFY THE CUSTODY OR VISITATION ORDER TO REQUIRE
ADDITIONAL TERMS OR CONDITIONS DESIGNED TO ENSURE FUTURE COMPLIANCE
WITH THE ORDER; OR
(3) IMPOSE A FINE OR ASSESS COSTS OR COUNSEL FEES AGAINST THE
PARENT OR GUARDIAN PARTY WHO HAS UNJUSTIFIABLY DENIED OR INTERFERED
WITH A VISITATION ORDER VISITATION RIGHTS.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning
Social Workers
FOR the purpose of altering certain provisions of law that specify the method of choosing
nominees for vacancies on the State Board of Social Work Examiners; altering a
certain provision of law that requires certain social worker members of the Board to
be actively employed in the field of social work for a certain period preceding
appointment to the Board; altering provisions of law related to the supervision
experience requirement for certain applicants for certain certified social worker
licenses; restricting certain social workers from engaging in the practice of clinical
social work under certain circumstances; making certain stylistic changes; defining
certain terms; and generally relating to requirements for social workers.
