5. [State Aviation Administration Police Force, the] Mass
Transit Administration Police Force, the Maryland Port Administration Police Force of
the Department of Transportation, or the Maryland Transportation Authority Police
Force;
6. Police Force of the University of Maryland or Morgan State
University;
7. Sheriff's department of any county or Baltimore City;
8. Natural Resources Police Force or the Forest and Park
Service Police Force of the Department of Natural Resources;
9. Security Force of the Department of General Services; or
State, county or municipality security force if the special police officers are appointed
under the provisions of § 4-901 of this article;
10. Housing Authority of Baltimore City Police Force; or
11. Baltimore City School Police Force.
Article 88B - State Police

[(f) (1) The Superintendent, the deputy superintendent, and employees
designated by the Superintendent as police employees shall have the same
law-enforcement powers on property owned, leased, or operated by or under the control
of the State Aviation Administration as are enumerated in § 3 and in subsection (a) of
this section. In accordance with the policies set forth in § 5-102 of the Transportation
Article, the Superintendent shall consult and cooperate with the State Aviation
Administrator in the exercise of his power to perform law-enforcement duties on such
property.
(2) Funding for the performance of the law-enforcement duties by the State
Police on the Administration property shall be provided from the special funds set forth
in § 3-216 (d) of the Transportation Article. The funding for law-enforcement duties
shall include the amount of incremental indirect costs allocated by the Department of
Public Safety and Correctional Services to the State Police for law-enforcement duties
performed on Administration property. These funds shall be transferred in the annual
budget bill to the State Police and used as special receipts for the expenditures of the
State Police in performing these duties.
(3) The Secretary of Transportation may transfer to the Department of
Public Safety and Correctional Services such positions as are necessary to implement this
subsection.
(4) An off-duty police employee or airport police employee who voluntarily
performs law-enforcement duties on State Aviation Administration property may not
receive overtime compensation for the performance of those duties. In all other respects,
overtime provisions for police employees and airport police employees shall be as
provided in Article 89, § 27(d) of the Code.]
