Ch. 575 1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND (B) IF REQUESTED BY A STANDBY GUARDIAN, AN ATTENDING PHYSICIAN (C) IF THE PARENT IS ABLE TO COMPREHEND THE INFORMATION, A (1) THE BEGINNING OF THE STANDBY GUARDIAN'S AUTHORITY AS A (2) THE PARENT'S RIGHT TO REVOKE THE AUTHORITY PROMPTLY 13-907. (A) THE BEGINNING OF A STANDBY GUARDIAN'S AUTHORITY IN (B) THE AUTHORITY OF A STANDBY GUARDIAN WITH RESPECT TO THE 13-908. THE FURNISHING OF A BOND BY A STANDBY GUARDIAN SHALL BE GOVERNED SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect Approved May 26, 1994.
