Ch. 3 1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND 2. Is in a clubhouse or premises used principally for a club and 3. Has had at least 100 bona fide, dues-paying members during 4. Has facilities for preparing and serving food on the premises (ii) This license for a club permits consumption on the premises only. (4) All alcoholic beverages, other than beer and light wine, sold or offered (y) (1) This subsection applies only in Worcester County. (2) The annual license fee is $250. (3) (I) There is a golf, tennis, or swimming club license which[: (i) Is] IS used in conjunction with a country club, excluding miniature (II) THE CLUB SHALL: [(ii)]1. [Has] HAVE been incorporated for a period of not less than [(iii)] 2. [Has] HAVE a bona fide membership of not less than 100 [(iv)] 3. [Has] HAVE facilities for preparing and serving food on [(v)]4.
