Crimes and Punishments - Burning on Property

FOR the purpose of prohibiting the burning of objects or causing objects to be burned on
certain prop
erty without consent by the property owner or without notification of a
certain fir
e department repealing an unconstitutional provision of law concerning
burning of crosses and religious symbols; prohibiting the burning or attempted
burning of objects on the property of persons and institutions under certain
circumstances; providing the State Fire Marshal and certain assistants with arrest
power for certain types of hate crimes; defining a term; and generally relating to
burning of objects on certain properties.
