SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Business Regulation

11-602.

This subtitle applies only to harness racing licenses and to licensees who have been
awarded racing days to hold harness racing.

11-610.                                                                                                            

(a)     (1) The Commission may not award more than [260] 310 racing days in a
calendar year to 1 licensee.

(2) The Commission may not award more than [345] 450 racing days in a
calendar year to all licensees.                     

(b)     The decision of the Commission on the award of a racing day is final.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

Food Service Facilities - Caterers - Display of License Numbers

FOR the purpose of requiring certain food service facilities that offer catering services to
include certain licensing information on certain materials and vehicles; providing
for the application of this Act; defining certain terms; providing a certain effective
date; and generally relating to food service facilities and catering services.
