(A) BEFORE INITIATING A GRIEVANCE PROCEEDING, A CLASSIFIED (B) A GRIEVANCE PROCEEDING MUST BE INITIATED BY A CLASSIFIED (1) THE OCCURRENCE OF THE ALLEGED ACT THAT IS THE BASIS FOR (2) THE EMPLOYEE FIRST KNEW OR REASONABLY SHOULD HAVE 14-1B-04. (A) WITHIN THE TIME SPECIFIED IN § 14-1B-03 OF THIS SUBTITLE, THE (B) WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER THE GRIEVANCE IS RECEIVED, THE VICE (C) THE VICE PRESIDENT OR PROGRAM DIRECTOR SHALL ISSUE A WRITTEN 14-1B-05.
