(2) AN INTERCEPTION REQUEST UNDER ARTICLE 27, § 640B OF THE
CODE.

(h) The Secretary of Human Resources and the Director of the State Lottery
Agency may jointly adopt regulations to implement this section.

Article - State Finance and Procurement

3-305.

(a)     Except as OTHERWISE provided in [subsections (b) and (c) of] this section,
the Central Collection Unit shall pay the net proceeds of collections into the State
Treasury.

(b)     If the funds of a unit of the State government are not part of the State
Treasury, the Central Collection Unit shall deliver to the Treasurer the net proceeds of
collection on a debt or claim that was due to the unit of the State government for its
account.

(c)      All fees collected under § 3-304(a)(2) of this subtitle shall be credited to the
Central Collection Fund established under § 3-306 of this subtitle.

(D) THE CENTRAL COLLECTION UNIT SHALL DELIVER THE NET PROCEEDS OF
COLLECTIONS FROM DEFENDANTS IN ARREARS OF RESTITUTION PAYMENTS TO
THE DIVISION OF PAROLE AND PROBATION TO BE FORWARDED BY THE DIVISION
TO THE VICTIM OR OTHER APPROPRIATE PERSON OR AGENCY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE ORDER OF RESTITUTION.

Article - State Government

9-120.

(a)     The Comptroller shall distribute the State Lottery Fund to pay:

(1)     on a pro rata basis for the daily and nondaily State lottery games, the
expenses of administering and operating the State lottery, as authorized under this
subtitle and the State budget; and

(2)      then, except as provided in [§ 10-113(g)] § 10-113.1 of the Family Law
Article AND ARTICLE 27, § 640B OF THE CODE, the holder of each winning ticket or
share.

(b)      (1) Promptly after the 1st day of each month, the Comptroller shall pay:

(i) into the Maryland Stadium Facilities Fund the money that remains
in the State Lottery Fund from the proceeds of the sports lotteries conducted for the
benefit of the Maryland Stadium Authority, after the distribution under subsection (a) of
this section; and

(ii) into the General Fund of the State the money that remains in the
State Lottery Fund from the proceeds of all other lotteries after the distribution under
subsection (a) of this section.
