Ch. 474 1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND (2) To the Attorney General; (3) Subject to § 2-1312 of the State Government Article, to the General (4) To the State's Attorneys' Coordination Council; [and] (5) To the Maryland State's Attorneys' Association, Inc.; AND (6) TO THE STATE BOARD OF VICTIM SERVICES. (c) The State's Attorneys' Coordinator shall meet and confer regularly with the 41D. (a) The State's Attorneys' Coordination Council is created. It consists of: (1) The Attorney General; (2) The State's Attorney for Baltimore City; (3) The State's Attorney for Baltimore County; (4) The State's Attorney for Anne Arundel County; (5) The State's Attorney for Prince George's County; (6) The State's Attorney for Montgomery County; (7) The State's Attorney from either Howard, Carroll, or Harford County (8) The State's Attorney from either St. Mary's, Charles, or Calvert County (9) The State's Attorney from either Frederick, Washington, Allegany, or (10) The State's Attorney of either Cecil, Kent, Queen Anne's, Caroline, or (11) The State's Attorney of either Dorchester, Wicomico, Worcester, or (b) The terms of the members are two years and until their successors are chosen - 2262 -
