(2) (I) ONLY DNA RECORDS THAT DIRECTLY RELATE TO THE (II) THESE RECORDS MAY NOT BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSES OTHER (F) (1) THE DNA RECORD OF IDENTIFICATION CHARACTERISTICS RESULTING (2) THE DNA SAMPLE SHALL BE STORED AND MAINTAINED BY THE CRIME (G) PURSUANT TO REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY THE SUPERINTENDENT, AFTER (1) EACH DNA SAMPLE REQUIRED TO BE COLLECTED UNDER THIS (2) DNA SAMPLES FROM PERSONS WHO ARE NOT SENTENCED TO A TERM (H) DNA SAMPLES TO BE SUBMITTED FOR ANALYSIS SHALL BE COLLECTED BY A: (1) CORRECTIONAL HEALTH NURSE TECHNICIAN; (2) PHYSICIAN; (3) REGISTERED NURSE; (4) LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE; - 2194 -
